I work out of a small boutique studio 25 miles north of Seattle, WA. It's a space built with one goal: Produce the best sounding and highest quality music in the industry. This goal has guided the vision of the studio and built a reputation that attracts many of the Pacific Northwest's most successful artists, along with artists and producers from around the world. After many years writing, recording and producing music, I gravitated toward mixing because I found it to be the stage where songs most often lose their potential. Many songs have amazing productions, performances, melodies and lyrics. Too many of those never reach the listener because the mix didn't do a good job of representing the song in a professional and accessible way that evokes the feel and emotion the artist intended. A great mix can bring a song to life.
